Education never fails but mere literacy does the matter. In general, it is such that education, formal or informal, should be applicable in real life and should be benefited by all lives. But literacy, an indicator, levels the quality here, which is not up to mark. Human capital is measured in the skill and knowledge of human beings. To make human capital, it needs certain circumstances. Following this, to be built as human capital, Nepalese students prefers several streams of studies like Science, Management, Humanities, Medical, Engineering, Aviation etc.
Foreign education is popular to Nepalese students. Most of them love to pursue higher studies in form abroad by any means; and it has been a great culture these days.It rightly assists to fulfill demand of quality human capital locally cum globally. Some boundaries are compelling Nepal remain slightly backward in education promotion. Nepalese universities also should come into competitive performance maintaining curriculum and improving holistic education system. However competitive scholarship of foreign education and research fund has collected aspiration of Nepalese students; and that is also a good in many folds. In addition, local university and foreign university affiliated college should come true effectively. But some aspects have seen that attraction of foreign curriculum of distance learning as well as fulltime course have been taking practice in our country Nepal. Indeed all the credit that goes to foreign universities and their educational vision, systems and policies. Similarly, local college that have taken risk fulfilling the demand local students, educational enterprising on it is growing Nepal as per the need of local students. Management of such education system in practice of Nepalese college has got satisfactory record still they have greater prospects. Now a days; this has become fashioned to pursue such curriculum in local learning environment with pedagogy and expertise at local rupees. So, it is basically to those students who are unable to get scholarship and they can't afford to get admission in overseas universities. Obviously, the coverage of high standard curriculum in abroad studies and recognition of universities with study opportunities in scholarship cum learning foreign language i.e. English, French, Japanese, Korean and other will allow them have better career along with sound earning to enjoy quality life in advanced countries like America, Europe, Canada etc. These are the major points that capacitate students further if they choose foreign studies now. The expectation of local to get an employment opportunity in abroad or to hold job and promotional opportunity few in local sophisticated firms, entrepreneurship, corporate business houses, international agencies and government/private organization will also be additionally supported provided they have an opportunity to receive quality education of international set –up. Of course, new generation can vision the plan to develop the domain of their expertise but local development environment is not favorable here. One thing that they love their birth place of motherland but efforts to make happen something are not attainable even though that seem desirable. In facts, here is gape to bridge between university degree and use of education for local prosperity thereby a question arises that is not foreign education outfit to remove local complexity?
